摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic magnet having a large magnetic force with less deformation by extrusion molding. SOLUTION: A mixed material or a kneaded material of the binder comprising resin or rubber, magnetic power and the resin-based lubricant comprising a monomer unit different from the monomer unit of the above described binder is molded. Since the monomer units of the resin or the rubber and the resin- based lubricant are different, the compatibility of the resin or the rubber and the lubricant does not become high even if the material is heated in a molding machine. Therefore, the most of lubricant does not enter between the molecules of the resin or the rubber. Therefore, the large amount of the resin-based lubricant is presence between the material and the inner surface of the oriented die. The fluidity of the material itself can reduce the contact resistance between the material and the oriented die without improving the fluidity as in metallic salt and fatty acid amide. Therefore, the magnet having the large magnetic force can be obtained.
