PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a handling device by simplifying the constitution of the device by moving a moving body in two axial directions by means of a two-dimensionally moving mechanism and rotating a rotating body by means of a rotationally moving mechanism, and then holding a substrate onto which shaped parts are transferred with a plurality of handling heads. SOLUTION: A moving body 14 is provided, so that the body 14 can be moved in a plane faced to a plurality of insertion heads 10, and a two-dimensional moving mechanism 16 moves the moving body 14 in two axial directions. The moving body 14 can be moved on a Y-axis driving device 18 in the Y-axis direction, and the device 18 can move the moving body 14 two-dimensionally, because the device 18 is provided so that the device 18 can move an X-axis drive device 20 in the X-axis direction. A rotary ring is mounted on the moving body 14, so that the ring 22 can be moved as a rotating body by means of a rotating mechanism 24 around an axis perpendicular to the moving plane of the moving body 14. A substrate-holding section 26 is mounted on the ring 22 and formed in a rail-like shape. |
