PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device by which document files and files of documents pastes to the document files are aggregated in one directory. SOLUTION: A user specifies a document and an aggregation destination directory through an designation input part 102. A document taking-out part 104 takes the file of the document out of a file management part 20 according to the designation of the document and loads it onto the main storage of a computer. A pastes information extraction part 106 extracts the path names of respective pasted document files from the load document file and informs a file aggregating process part 110 of them. The file aggregating process part 110 takes files corresponding to those path names out of the file management part 20 and writes them in the aggregation destination directry. A pasted information alteration part 108 rewrites the description of the path name of each pasted document file in the document file in the main storage so as to designate the current directory, and the file aggregating process part 110 writes the rewriting result in the aggregation destination directry. |
