<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a convergence speed to a GN point, in a continuously variable transmission to synthesize rotation from a CVT(a belt type Continuously Variable Transmission) and a constant speed mechanism by a planetary gear and have a gear neutral(GN) point at which the number of revolutions of an output shaft is reduced to zero through torque circulation. SOLUTION: Based on a signal by which a pulley ratio is within a given range, a throttle pedal is brought into an OFF-state, and a brake pedal is brought into an ON-state, it is decided that a neutral state is demanded, neutral control is operated and control is effected such that the shaft forces of two pulleys 7 and 9 of a primary and a secondary pulley are adjusted to a value within a given range. Simultaneously, by controlling a throttle opening, an engine output is controlled, given torque is transmitted to an input shaft 3. This constitution progresses self-convergence to the gear neutral(GN) of a CVT at a high speed through the increase of input torque of the CVT 11 based on the increase of engine torque.</p> |
