PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an absorption force for a force when a strong force is exerted. SOLUTION: The lower end of a shift lever 12 is inserted in the insertion hole 22 of a lever holder 14. A plurality of ribs 24 the protrusion height of which is gradually increased toward a lower end and which are protruded toward the center of the insertion hole 22 are protruded from the inner surface of the insertion hole 22 at intervals of a given distance in a peripheral direction. Usually, the lower end of the shift lever 12 is placed on the upper end of the rib 24. Though the shift lever 12 is not lowered downward, when an impact force is axially exerted on the shift lever 12, the lower end of the shift lever 12 is moved through the insertion hole 22 to below as the lower end of the shift lever shaves off the rib 24 and an impact force is absorbed. |
