PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vulcanizable heat-resistant rubber compsn. which exhibits a high cross-linking efficiency and can give a vulcanized rubber molding excellent in aging resistance by using a specific ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises an ethylene/3-20Cα-olefin/nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A) and an org. peroxide (B). The rubber has a molar ratio of ethylene units to 3-20Cα-olefin units of (40/60)-(95/5), contains nonconjugated polyene units derived from a norbornene compd. represented by formula I (wherein (n) is 0-10; when (n) is 1-10, then R<1> is H or 1-10C alkyl, and when (n) is 0, then R<1> is 1-10C alkyl; and R<2> is H or 1-5C alkyl) or formula II (wherein R<3> is H or 1-10C alkyl) in such a content that the iodine value due to the polyene units is 0.5-50g/100g, and has an intrinsic viscosity [η] of component A (at 135 deg.C in decalin) of 0.1-10dl/g.
