PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine rotor applied to a gas turbine for power generation. SOLUTION: When building up several fabrics by using fabrics of ceramic fibers trimmed according to the shape of cross section which is orthogonal to the shaft of a radial turbine rotor, filling powdered ceramics 14 into the gap between built-up fabrics 12A and 12B, forming them by high-temperature pressure sintering, thereby all built-up wings include fibers which are running in a radial direction. This makes the volume content of fibers high, thereby gaining a high hardness. |
