PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sticking means and others more efficient by sticking guide nozzles to the lower ends of drop tubes beforehand, for a sticking means for drop tubes to the base of a distributor. SOLUTION: In an automatic chip mounter, a guide nozzle 7 is stuck beforehand to the lower end of each drop tube 2 in the shape of a square pipe, as a means for fixing the lower end of each drop tube 2 to the base 1 of a distributor. Here, the guide nozzle 7 has a stretched guiding part 7d, having a guide slope 7c connected to the square hole 7a, for inserting and sticking the lower end of a drop tube 2 of a short cylindrical part 7b at its lower end. The guide nozzle 7 is inserted into fitting holes 6, 3 of the base plate 1a and the guide plate 1b of the distributor and stuck, and the lower end of the guide slope 7c is located above the chip-fitting recession 5 of a jig plate 4. |
