摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving electron transferring rate of a hemprotein controlling electron transfer of oxidation and reduction reaction in organisms and provide a method for improving electron and reduction reaction rate of sulfuric acid reduction bacteria thereby. SOLUTION: In a specific amino acid structural part which exists in the neighborhood of hem 3 of cytochrome C, and controls electron transfer rate of hem protein, a degree in which a specific amino acid structural part cover the hem is lowered. Specifically, an amino acid bound through hydrogen atom to propionic acid of hem acid is replaced with amino acid which can not form hydrogen bond and an amino acid coordinated to hem acid is replaced with an amino acid which can be coordinated to hem 3 and longer in coordinate bond distance. Similarly, electron transferring rate of sulfuric acid reductase is improved.
