<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system which cam set a transfer path again and can continue frame transfer even if a fault occurs to a fabric connected directly to an input/output processor. SOLUTION: An SVP(service processor) device 13 is connected to all fabrics 16 to 19 through a maintenance LAN 20 and receives abnormality detection signals from the respective fabrics. Then, a transfer path which avoids the fabric which has become abnormal is set again in a path table. At this time, when the fabric, which has become abnormal, is connected directly to the input/ output processor 11, the path table is so set again that the channel is changed. The input/output processor carries out the frame transfer according to the path data set again in the SVP device.</p> |
