<p>The device for the preparation of espresso coffee, consisting of a compartment for receiving the measured charge of water, a compartment above the latter for receiving the measured charge of roasted and ground coffee, and another compartment above the latter for receiving the foreseen quantity of the espresso coffee produced. As specified in the invention, the device consists of a vertical tubular burner housing (4) open on both ends, whose upper mouth is connected, from the inside, to the water container (23) and device (25) for receiving the coffee charge and flow of water vapour, and from the outside, to a condensation pot (12); and the bottom mouth is connected with the working table (1) with a holder (3) for the burning device (5).</p> |
