The invention refers to a connection element with electric cutting and fastening contact elements in chamber in a receiving part for connection without electric conductors deinsulation, wherein pushing piece surrounds part of cutting and fastening contact elements arranged in chamber. The invention object of developing a connection element of the type aforementioned, which allows an easy and reliable connection of insulated electric conductors without any particular connection tool, and at the same secures a conductor charge capacity by current as higher as possible, is achieved by placing receiving apertures 2 for conductors 3 in pushing piece 1 in oblique position with respect to pushing piece 1 longitudinal axis, which at the same time is chamber 17 longitudinal axis, and with conductors 3 introduction in cutting and fastening connection contacts 4 placed obliquely with respect to chamber 17 wall, the conductors of which establish contact therewith.
