Output parameter calculation system for multi-stage deformation process

The output parameter calculation system is provided as a model of the multi-stage deformation process, allowing the output parameter to be calculated in dependence on the deformation process characteristics.The information processing for calculation of the output parameter is effected via neural networks. The parameter calculation system may be used for calculating the end thickness profile of a rolled band fed through a number of rolling stages (5,6,7,8).
