The invention refers to a device for grinding the rolling grooves of tripod coupling rollers of a differential shaft, used for the transversal gear of a motor vehicle. The device for grinding the rolling grooves of tripod coupling rollers consists of a connecting part (1), which is mounted on a fixing saddle (2) by fixing screws (3), by means of dovetail lead (a); a transversal saddle (4) can be moved in order to achieve adjustment, with the help of a fine-thread screw (5) guided by socket (b) and locked in position with screws (6) that are screwed into threaded holes (c). An oil-seal ring (8) and a bearing (7) are mounted on transversal saddle (4), on which the fixing body (9) of the part to be processed is fixed, locked by a nut (10). The fixing body (9) can be rotated and indexed with respect to transversal saddle (4) by means of a positioning clamp (11), which is fixed by a screw (12), the part to be processed is fixed by fastening jaws (13), engaged by fastening screws (14).
