Electric plug connector

The connector has a plastics housing with a number of parallel reception chambers (1,2) for respective plug contact elements (4,5), at least one of which is inserted from the input side (7) after connection to an electrical lead and positioned in the chamber by cooperating retaining elements. A second plug contact element (5) is inserted in the corresponding reception chamber (2) from the opposite side (12) with respective contact regions (17,18) at its opposite ends lying at a given angle to one another, before subsequent fitting of a plastics cover (13) to this side of the housing.
