Heat sink and connector for cooling an electronic component by a fluid isolated from it

The cooling element and connector (10) has a central block made of a good conductor metal alloy block (12) with two outer fluid connector elements (16,14). Vertical holes run through the body and have helical ceramic units (20) which run along the hole outer diameter. Cooling fluid is introduced to the helical section coolers via a connector (30) to screws (54) which hold the helical sections in place and leave an outer gap for fluid flow. A similar output connector (32) gathers the fluid which has run through the ceramic tubes. The electronic component is attached to one surface by horizontal holes (56) through which bolts can be placed.
