PURPOSE:To attain the accurate evaluation of performance in a program tuning mode, etc., by making a certain processing requester processor occupy optionally a shared processor. CONSTITUTION:The interfaces 105 and 106 of the 2nd information processing parts 102 accept the instructions for processings requested by the 1st information processing parts 100 and 101. Then the instruction given from one of both parts 100 and 101 is sent to an instruction executing part 104 via an interface and executed. When the lock information which designates one of both interfaces is set to a lock information holding part 108, the part 107 selects only the designated interface and connects it to the part 104. Thus the part 104 is controlled to execute only the instruction of one of both parts 100 and 101 connected to the designated interface. In such a way, the part 102 can be occupied by the desired one of both parts 100 and 101 for an optional period.
