PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer which improves operability by giving flexibility to sound to be emitted at the time of supplying a command through the use of sound. SOLUTION: A sound command utility program 32 registers plural words/ phrases which are similar in terms of meaning to a sound command table 36 in accordance with a single command by a sound command registration module 321. The sound command utility program 32 refers to a registration sound table 35, extracts the word/phrase which fits the most to inputted sound by a sound command issuing module 322 when the sound of a user is inputted from a microphone 19, refers to the sound command table 36, obtains the command corresponding to the extracted word/phrase and requests the issuing of the obtain command to an operating system 31.
