HEATING WIRE CONNECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating wire connecting method that can fix the end part of a heating wire easily and positively to a terminal pin and can obtain firm fusion junction. SOLUTION: A terminal pin 2 is protrusively provided at the end part peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 1 made of a thermoplastic resin. The terminal pin 2 is provided with a plurality of collars 21 so as to form at least three lock grooves 22, and the width of each lock groove 22 is formed slightly narrower than the wire diameter of a heating wire. The heating wire is first wound into the lock groove 22 positioned on the base part side of the terminal pin, and the heating wire is made skip over and wound into the lock groove 22 positioned on the tip side of the terminal pin 2 and then wound successively into the lock grooves 22 positioned on the base part side.
