PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the working cost of each constituent part, etc., by providing a motor to be also used for a generator between the intermediate part of a shaft and a fixed part being opposed to the intermediate part, and simplifying the shapes of a fly wheel and the motor to be also used as a generator, and so on. SOLUTION: A shaft 14 is arranged in the center part of the inside of a casing 9. The shaft 14 is fitted to the casing 9, with the lower end of the shaft 14 supported by a pivot bearing 16 and with the upper end supported by a magnetic bearing 17. To a part being in the intermediate part of the shaft 14 and a little to the lower end being a little to the pivot bearing 16, a flywheel 15 is fixed through the use of a supporting bracket 32. The whole of the flywheel 15 is in the shape of a circular wheel, and its rotating-time moment is made large, and storable kinetic energy is ensured sufficiently. Moreover, a rotor 6a is fixed to a part nearer to the magnetic bearing 17 than to the flywheel 15. A stator 7a is fixed to the intermediate internal peripheral surface of the casing 9. A motor 8a to be also used as a generator is constituted, by opposing the external peripheral surface of the rotor 6a to the internal peripheral surface of the stator 7a. |
