PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the contact resistance characteristic and temperature characteristic, without applying grease. SOLUTION: This disconnecting/connecting device is provided with a pair of contact members 2a-2d pinching a fixed side conductor 3 at one end section and pinching a moving side conductor 4 at the other end section. At least one of a pair of contact members 2a-2d has a high-conductivity component made of C of 0.02-10wt% and at least one kind among Ag and Cu for the remainder, and the size of C in the matrix of the high-conductivity component is set to 30μm or below.
