PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excess opening of a cover and facilitates the operation of the cover by extending a cover member along the bottom wall face of a storage recess part by interlocked with the sinking of an armrest into the storage recess part and applying a tensile force to the cover member. SOLUTION: When an armrest 7 is stored in a storage recess part 4, a cover member 9 is provided along the top face of a cover 5, and plates 8a-8c are arranged into an approximately straight line. When the armrest 7 is inclined in theαdirection with the cover 5 in this state, it is rotated by setting a support shaft 7a as a fulcrum. Then, an abutting plate 26 of a cover member displacement mechanism part 10 is rotated by energizing force, and the cover member 9 is pushed to the front of a storage recess part 4, while its engagement stage part is engaged with the top end part of the plate 8a, so that the plates 8b, 8c are folded down. As a result, the cover member 9 occupies a shallow position in the storage recess part 4 and is prevented to be sunk into the deep position in the storage recess part 4 so that the opening/closing operation of the cover 5 can be facilitated.
