FIELD: mining industry and civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for design of gear to break rocks and concrete adaptable for manufacture, reliable and convenient in operation and having expanded application field. Gear for solution of this task has cylindrical body with through longitudinal duct having lateral sockets arranged in row which house pistons. Pistons have protrusions. Body is provided with additional longitudinal duct to ensure back strokes of pistons. Rest on body is manufactured in the form of special check nut. Cylindrical body is equipped with joining members for connection of gears of same type on diametrically opposite end faces. These joining members are fabricated in the form of unions. Pistons are positioned for reciprocating motion with regard to each other. EFFECT: increased reliability and operational convenience of gear. 4 cl, 7 dwgf
