SUBSTANCE: to reduce specific resistance with provision of high mechanical strength and hardness of contact inserts the latter are made by rolling, grinding, screening and hot pressing. Rolling of mixture of coke, graphite and binder is carried out atone step during 10- 20 s within temperature range of 110-140 C at which binder remains in plastic state. EFFECT: improved quality of contact inserts.
