FIELD: chemical industry; reclamation of industrial wastes. SUBSTANCE: slags containing compounds of alkali metals and organic polymers are treated with extractant, followed by separating solid residue by filtration. As extractant, method employs aqueous nitrate solution of corresponding alkali metal, extraction is carried out at 80-120 C. Extract is neutralized with concentrated nitric acid, followed by cooling and recovering alkali metal nitrate. Solid residue separated by filtration is treated with concentrated nitric acid at temperature 210-250 C, in presence of air oxygen. EFFECT: higher efficiency of slag reclamation process due to higher quality of useful product. 2 dwgy |
