METHOD OF OPTIMIZED ORIENTATION OF BREAKAGE FACES, SPECIFICALLY ON COAL DEPOSIT

FIELD: mining industry, planning of breakage faces by setting direction of advance of breakage face, its length, rate of its advance and sequence of working on tectonically loaded sedimentation coal deposit. SUBSTANCE: method is updated in part concerned with basic criteria of planning. It is envisaged that for establishment of deposit body as base for planning there are exposed bearing strains, compressions and slackenings in rock mass caused by tectonic energy and tectonic transfers of mass caused by these phenomena. Planned breakage faces are oriented depending on established possibility of performance of excavation and/or on predisposition to collapses and/or on character of behavior of gas and/or on character of behavior of dust and/or on character of behavior of heading and/or on manifestation of stresses and/or on established concentrations of stresses in body of deposit.
