FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: after otoscopy one ear is supplemented with 1-% solution of salicylic alcohol, another ear is supplemented with nitrofungin solution. At no pruritus to salicylic alcohol a neuro-reflector type of eczema is predicted, and at the absence of negative response to nitrofungin a fungous type of eczema is diagnosed. If pruritus in ears is available a local eczematous dermatitis is stated on. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
