SUBSTANCE: this relates to mechanisms intended for round-trip operations and particularly in repair and maintenance of objects in oil and gas production industry such as oil and gas wells. Tower of telescopic lifting facility has upper and lower sections with hydraulic cylinders for extension and lifting. Installed in upper section of tower are crown block and balcony for upper level operator. Incline angle of tower can be automatically changed due to fact that one of legs which connect lower section of tower with platform is made in the form of stationary axle which is engaged with arch-shaped slot. Upper and lower sections of tower are fixed in operating position by means of lock made in the form of spring-loaded pins interacting with holes of determined profile.
