<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable investigation without damaging an internal cable or the like by the constitution of having a reflecting mirror for reflecting the light of forming an internal image in a conduit to a peeping cylinder and a light source for projecting the conduit projected in the reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: An image capture part 20 has a reflecting mirror 36 for reflecting the light of forming an internal image in a conduit 14 into a peeping cylinder 18 and a light source 38 for projecting the conduit 14 projected, and when a cable K or the like in the conduit 14 scheduled to cut off is investigated, a hole 16 having a small diameter is perforated in the conduit 14 so as not to damage an internal cable. Next, a peeping cylinder 18 is inserted into the hole 16 of the conduit 14 by grasping a case body 12, and when a switch provided in the case body 12 and the switch of an image output part are closed, the interior of the conduit 14 is projected from the light source 38, the light of a clear image is incident upon the reflecting mirror 36 from a cut part 40 for incident light of the peeping cylinder 18 to reflect it toward an image sensor 22.
