PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the strong frictional contact between a waste grain and a vessel by generating an air flow passing a cyclone separating device, floating and carrying the waste grain, separating it from the air flow, and capturing the waste grain within the film of the vessel. SOLUTION: A cyclone separating device 110 settles a waste material 140 floated and carried in an air flow into a bottle 130 by spirally moving the air flow. A soap-like film 131 is used in the area of contact to prevent the strong contact, whereby generation of static charge is prevented. The thickness of the soap film 131 before the grain 140 is collected in the soap film 131 is about 1mm-2mm. The film 131 captures and holds the waste to form a toner/ soap paste. The waste is continued to be captured by the film until the paste is developed to a thickness of about 2mm-5mm. At this point of time, a strong contact is generated between toner grains, and the frictional charge to a serious degree can be prevented. |
