PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time of material requirements planing(MRP) calculation and also to fast cope with various fluctuation by gathering data about items in each item and maintaining them as a corresponding item data dell. SOLUTION: This system generates an item cell 11 for each item and stores data such as a part table about items, inventory, back order in each data area of the item cell. The cell 11 stores addresses which store a item number, a master item counter 13, a low level code, requirements data 20, item data, part table data 23, inventory data, back order data, lot data and a next item cell. When impartiality of the number of calculable items among MRP calculating parts occurs, the impartiality is canceled by shifting the item cell data which is gathered in each item of a calculable item. Therefore negative load can be shifted without applying large overhead and calculation that is equivalent to conventionally successive MRP calculation can be acquired in a short time. |
