PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a metallic tape thin by manufacturing a waveguide main body without welding and to easily bend the waveguide in both minor and major axial directions even when the waveguide is used for a leakage waveguide. SOLUTION: The main body is shaped cylindrically so that a butt part comes to a position where current distribution is least through the use of a metallic tape 3, and a gap 4 is formed so as to make a prescribed gap to the butt part. Thus, even when the butt part is not welded and a gap is formed, since no effect is given onto the electric characteristic, the gap 4 provides an escape against an external stress even when the waveguide is bent and then the bending is conducted easily. |
