PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure the proofs of wrong rides of trains without paying for middle section by providing a ticket examination machine with a write means which writes the wrong use frequency on a commutation ticket and a sending means which sends the owner data to other stations to specify the owner of the commutation ticket when its wrong use frequency reaches a prescribed level. SOLUTION: When a user puts a commutation ticket A into the automatic ticket vending machine at station (a), the data recorded on the ticket A are read by the machine. If the entrance data on the station (a) are included in the read data on the ticket A, it may well be that the ticket A will be repetitively used for entrance/exit at only the station (a) and accordingly the wrong use frequency is written as +1. When the wrong use frequency of the ticket A reaches a prescribed level, e.g. five times, the owner data (personal name) on the read ticket A are sent to other stations via a communication control part. Thus, the sent owner data can be collated with the owner data on the commutation ticket that is repetitively used for entrance/exit at another station. |
