PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a taxi dispatching operator of positional information of a taxi user and other accessory information and to know of time to the arrival of a taxi by connecting among each equipment of a portable terminal, a taxi dispatching center and a car navigation through a telephone line network or a data communication means. SOLUTION: Information on a position where the taxi user with the portable terminal 1 necessitates a taxi is inputted to a positional information input means 7 in the terminal 1 from a positional information detecting means 6 and transmitted to a control part 10 in the terminal 1. Next, information in the terminal 1 is transmitted to the telephone line network. A signal for reserving a taxi, etc., to the taxi dispatching center from the user's terminal 1 is communicated by connecting to a communication means through an external equipment connecting means 13. Between the taxi dispatching center and the car navigation, a signal showing, user's position/accessory information, the securing of reservation and a signal showing the confirming of reservation are communicated.
