PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily execute the preparation of various slips or the preparation of data for the settlement of accounts in quick response to the requests of respective companies by possessing detailed transaction data including debit/ credit data from financial institutes and performing the management of debit/ credit data including the preparation of various slips or the preparation of data for the settlement of accounts based on the possessed debit/credit data. SOLUTION: When referring to detailed money receiving/paying transaction data, for example, a financial institute 106 is communicated directly or through a common center 107 connecting respective financial institutes 108, 109 and 110 so that a communication sentence expressing a request to possess the detailed money receiving/paying statement data can be sent to the financial institute 106, for example. In response to this request, the financial institute 106 sends detailed data concerning a company A to a debit/credit management support system. Namely, these detailed data are stored through a communication control part 100 and a CPU 101 into a data storage part 104. These detailed data are suitably read out, prescribed processing (such as to prepare the slip by calculating interest) and the result is outputted to a display part 102 or a printing part 105. |
