PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of eaves by forming a front fancy section which is punched and fixed between a fascia board and a lath in a manner of covering the fascia board and flat eaves ceiling having a mounting hole at an external wall-side end integrally. SOLUTION: As an eaves ceiling member 10, a front fancy section 12 which is provided with a mounting hole 13 at an external wall-side end and bent upwards in a nearly U shape of a nearly flat eaves ceiling section 11 having a mounting hole 13 at the external wall side end, is formed integrally. The eaves ceiling member 10 is formed of a polyvinyl chloride resincovered steel sheet or stainless steel sheet. The head 14 of the front fancy section 12 is fastened to the fascia board 4 provided at the head of a rafter 2a of a roof 2 constructed above a living room 1 in a manner of covering the surface by nailing. The eaves ceiling 11 is fixed to mounting hardware 8 fixing a mounting hole 13 to an external wall surface 1a by riveting. The construction of eaves completes when a rain gutter 9 is mounted. The cost can be reduced by decreasing the number of parts and man-hours needed for construction in a field. |
