PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin sheet having good appearance which is free from streaks, stripes, irregularity in thickness, etc., by a method wherein molten thermoplastic resin sheet extruded from a die is stuck close onto a rotary cooling drum surface by an electrostatic application adhesion method, and thereafter the molten state thermoplastic resin sheet is pressed by a rotatable touch roll. SOLUTION: A molten sheet 2 extruded from a die 1 is stuck close to a rotary cooling drum 4, and the obtained product sheet 3 is separated with a peeling roll 6 to manufacture a thermoplastic resin sheet. In this case, an electrostatic application electrode 8 and a touch roll 5 are successively arranged near a rotary cooling drum 4, and the molten state sheet 2 is stuck close onto a surface of the rotary cooling drum 4 by an electrostatic application adhesion method. Thereafter, it is pressed with the touch roll 5. In order to carry out pressing operation further effectively, a temperature [T] of the molten state sheet (part A) just before pressing with the touch roll 5 is so set as to satisfy the formula [Tm-70]<=T<=[Tm+50] (wherein Tm expresses a melting point deg.C of the thermoplastic resin.). |
