PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth raising-lowering operation by respectively driving and swinging a pair of raising-lowering arms fitted to guide long holes of a lift arm bracket to raise-lower window glass by a sector gear driven by a pinion and a gear to rotate by rotation of the sector gear. SOLUTION: A sector gear 3 rotates with a shaft 4 as a fulcrum through a pinion 2 by driving the pinion 2 driven by a handle or the like. A raising- lowering arm 6 arranged on the shaft 4 and a raising-lowering arm 6a arranged on a shaft 8 of a gear 7 meshing with a gear 5 swing together by this rotation. Rollers 11 and 11a move while rolling in guide long holes 10a and 10b of a lift arm bracket 10 to which the rollers 11 and 11a arranged on the respective tips of the raising-lowering arm 6a are fitted, and the lift arm bracket 10 is raised and lowered. In this way, raising-lowering motion is imparted to window glass G through a glass holder 9 arranged on the lift arm bracket 10. Therefore, a smooth raising-lowering work is performed without causing a twist.
