PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilating hood assembly for reducing a mounting cost by easily mounting by a simple operation without fault and shortening a term of mounting. SOLUTION: A cylinder 7 engaged with a through hole 2 of a wall 1, a flange 8 opposed to a wall surface at one end of the cylinder 7 and a groove recess at an opposed surface of the wall 1 of the flange 8 are provided in a mounting frame 6. And, a hood 17 is mounted on an outer surface of the flange 8. A wall surface packing 14 made of a viscoelastic material and elastically deformed upon pressing the flange 8 and charged in an air gap between the wall 1 surface and the flange 8 is provided in the groove recess of the frame 6. With such a constitution, wind and rain invasion preventing operation can be obtained by the packing 14 charged in the gap between the wall 1 surface and the flange 8. Thus, a charging operation of caulking agent in the air gap between the wall outer surface and the mounting frame is eliminated. |
