PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely ride a vehicle such as an automobile while a baby is placed on the laps of an adult and this condition is kept by providing a structure for winding a belt from the upper parts of both shoulders through under a thigh to a back and then again to both shoulders. SOLUTION: A belt 1 is formed to be Y-shaped when seen from the front and the backside. The head part of a baby is protruded from an inner side to an outer side in the opening of an upper part and, by passing the belt part through under the thigh of the baby, the belt 1 is firmly fixed to the body of the baby. For use in an automobile, three adults 31 takes seats, a child 32 is placed on the laps of the adult 31 by wearing the belt 1, then by putting a seat belt 33 attached to the automobile horizontally between the back of the child 32 and the belt 1, the belt 1 is fixed to a seat belt attaching/detaching part 34. Even if the automobile is suddenly stopped because of a clashing accident, since the belt 1 is connected to the seat belt 33 so as to become a contracted chain, throwing-out forward of the child is prevented. |
