PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a generated resin sheet from a mold without damage by using a mold having a specific value of more of a contact angle of a flat surface of a cavity with water. SOLUTION: A mold for manufacturing a resin sheet from photosetting composition is formed by opposing to flat plates at least one of which is active energy beam permeable. As the active energy beam permeable plate, glass is used from points of heat resistance and no erosion with the photo-setting composition, and synthetic resin such as polycarbonate or polymethylmethacrylate may be sometimes used. A cavity surface side of the mold is coated with water repellent, and the contact angle with the water is set to 90 degrees or more so that the sheet is easily released from the mold. |
