PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position the whole members in a well-balanced condition relative to a rotary shaft by providing a main body part whose cross section forms a well part for a tire, respectively forming ridges in close vicinity to recessed parts for a tire bead in both side parts of the well part, and forming hook parts on the outside of the recessed parts. SOLUTION: A tire rim 1 has a main body part 2 to form a well part 3 for a tire, and ridges 4 extend in the circumferential direction in a circumferential part of the well part 3. Both ridges 4 are put in close vicinity to tapering recessed parts 5 to respectively receive tire beads. These recessed parts 5 have hook parts 6 having a curved part 7 in its outside end part. First of all, the tire beads are arranged in the deepest area of the well part 3, and are engaged with the tire rim 1, and are rotated in the next place, and the beads are engaged with the inside of the rim. When a tire is swollen, the ridges 4 offer sufficient force to uniformly distribute both tire beads over its whole circumferential part, and are locked in the respective recessed parts 5.
