PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently perform heat sealing corresponding to trays having a various shapes by using a specific polypropylene resin in a core layer. SOLUTION: Innermost and outermost layers are formed by using either one of high pressure linear low density polyethylenes or a mixture of a polyethylenic resin A with density at 25 deg.C of 0.890-0.940g/cm<3> and a melt index of 0.1-10g/10min and a mixture of the polyethylenic resin A and an ethylene/α- olefin copolymer B with density of 0.870-0.900g/cm<3> and MI of 0.1-20g/10min. A core layer is formed from a polypropylene resin C of which the melt peak temp. of a DSC curve obtained by perfectly melting the core layer by the thermal analysis of a differential temp. calorimeter (DSC) to be held to that temp. for 10min. and subsequently cooled to 25 deg.C at a speed of 10 deg.C/min and subsequently obtained at a heating speed of 10 deg.C/min is 150 deg.C or higher and melting heat is 20-80Kj/Kg or a mixture of the polypropylene resin C and the innermost and outermost layer constituting resins and a nonionic surfactant compsn. is compounded with one or more layer in an amot. of 0.1-4.0wt.%.
