PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generations of abnormal sound at an operation time of a disposer and defect in pulverization by starting to flow water to a pulverizing treatment part prior to pulverizing at the pulverizing treatment part, and starting the pulverization and also continuing to flow water in the case that a water passing quantity is in the flow rate range suited to the pulverization at the pulverizing treatment part. SOLUTION: Prior to pulverization at a pulverizing treatment chamber 25 by rotational driving with a motor 27, a first stop valve is opened and water is preliminarily flown into the pulverizing treatment chamber 25, and if a flow rate of the passing water at this time is lower than a preliminary decided flow rate at the pulverizing time, the motor 27 is not driven and pulverizing at the pulverizing treatment 25 is inhibited. Also if the flow rate at preliminary passing of water is more than the preliminary decided flow rate at the pulverizing time, the motor 27 is driven and pulverization at the pulverizing treatment chamber 25 is started and also passing of water is continued. Thus, the pulverization at the pulverizing treatment chamber 25 is not started in such a state that the flow rate is short, as it is, and after the water is passed at an optimized flow rate, the operation can be surely performed by driving of the motor 27 and pulverization without increasing a residual quantity of an article to be pulverized. |
