FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: phagolysate is subjected for microfiltration through diaphragms to remove detritus and cells. Then chelate compound or detergent is added to cleared phagolysate and the latter is concentrated by ultrafiltration through diaphragms at retention threshold 200-300 kDa. Then diafiltration against chelate compound solution or detergent is carried out at change of three volumes of physiologically acceptable buffer.
