FIELD: manufacture of building materials; may be used in production of melt, in particular, from raw materials and manufacture of mineral wool heat-insulating articles. SUBSTANCE: air tuyeres and gas burners with burner tunnels alternating in shaft of coke-gas blast cupola are installed in shaft on the opposite side relative to taphole for tapping of metal on the section of 0.6-0.75 shaft perimeter. Total sectional area of burner tunnels amounts to 1.2-2.0 of total sectional area of air tuyeres, and angle of axis inclination of gas burners with burner tunnels to horizontal plane equals 0.5-0.2 angle of axis inclination of air tuyeres to the same plane.
