PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which can be turned on reliably and which is provided with a simple switching mechanism which excludes the effect of external stress extremely and which is excellent in reliability. SOLUTION: This light emitting device S1 is provided with a light emitter 7 and a drive circuit 5 which executes turn-on operation control of the light emitter 7 in a casing 1. A switch 8, which turns on and or off by approaching a magnetic force generation means M from the outside of the casing 1, is provided on an open terminal of the driven circuit 5. The turn-on and turn-off of the light emitter 7 is executed by turning on and off the switch 8. |
