The suspension type cologne cosmetic is produced by dissolving oiliness component in alcohol with preparing cologne cosmetic whose alcoholic contents are 10-45wt%, aromatic and then adding surfactants, and divides this mixture of fine particles in the aqueous solution containing soluble additives. Therefore, the produced cosmetic keeps the increased aroma in succession and also gives damp and flexible effect to the skin.
