A fabrication method of high strength nylon 6 fiber is provided to improve a strength remove cutoff. The method comprises the steps of: radiating a nylon 6 polymer by using a ring-shaped base; cooling the radiated nylon 6 polymer at the temperature of 17-20deg. C; and drawing the cooling nylon 6 polymer. Thereby, it is possible to improve the strength and prevent the cutoff of the nylon fiber.
