A device circuit is comprised of the structure, wherein a second thermistor(P2) is installed in parallel to a first thermistor(P1) for elimination of magnetism, a second relay(11) is installed on current path of the second thermistor(P2) as a switching means for interrupting current flowing to the second thermistor(P2), the second relay(11) controls on/off by operation of a second relay driving part(12) under control of a microprocessor(13), the microprocessor(13) controls the second relay driving part(12) to turn on the relay(11), thereby the device operation is performed owing to a device coil(DC)
